The program is very simple (in a complicated sort of way), and I recommend it to anyone that has any question about their behavior. If you come to the rooms and determine that you do not have a problem, you have only wasted a couple of hours. If you do have issues, and choose not to deal with them, I can assure you that in my life this disease has been very progressive, and it only gets harder to find your way out as time marches on.
